Description
The solicitation is for repairing asphalt pavement at various locations in Hilo Harbor, Island of Hawaii, on an open-ended, as-needed basis. Bidders must hold a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor A or Specialty Contractor C-3 license at the time of bidding. Complete proposals must be submitted through HIePRO by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time; late submissions will not be considered.
