Description

NSPA is soliciting proposals to establish a Basic Contractual Instrument (BCI) that will pre-qualify companies for future construction services supporting infrastructure projects at Gando Airbase, Gran Canaria, Spain. Potential project work includes the design, construction, refurbishment, and maintenance of military infrastructure, including aeronautical facilities, administrative buildings, site infrastructure, and specialized military constructions. Specific projects will be defined through future project-specific Statements of Work, with qualified companies invited to compete as needs arise; NSPA states that it cannot commit to an estimated value or purchase any services under the BCI. Bidders must have legal residence within a NATO member nation, be registered in NSPA’s Source File by bid closing, and hold a business construction license for operations in Spain.
