Description

ACAA is requesting proposals for drinking water and stormwater laboratory analytical services. The selected laboratory will test drinking water samples in accordance with Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water Act requirements, 25 Pa. Code Chapter 109, U.S. EPA requirements, PA DEP requirements, and IATA 440HM. It will also test stormwater samples in accordance with ACAA’s PA DEP-approved annual Deicing Action Plan. Proposals are due October 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM EDT.
