Work may include research and abstracting for commercial, residential, and governmental properties on an as-needed basis, including title research, ownership verification, and property record analysis. Services support real estate transactions, acquisitions, encroachment management, Authority projects, asset management, and other organizational needs, primarily in Montgomery and Harris Counties, Texas, with additional counties as requested.
