The Commission will assess whether revoking the orders would likely cause material injury to the domestic industry to continue or recur. - OEMs and vendors: None identified. No products, services, part numbers, or quantities are requested. - Notable requirements: Eligible parties may submit written comments. The Commission may extend the review period by up to 90 days because it considers the reviews extraordinarily complicated.

Description

The United States International Trade Commission gives notice that it is scheduling expedited five-year reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930. The reviews will determine whether revoking the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on chassis and subassemblies from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. Interested parties may submit written comments by October 13, 2026, subject to the notice’s requirements. The Commission determined the reviews are extraordinarily complicated and may extend the review period by up to 90 days.
