Description

The Legislative Affairs Agency is seeking proposals for professional property management services for three residential apartment buildings in Juneau, Alaska, known as the Gold and Sixth Street Apartments. The properties consist of two four-unit buildings and one eight-unit building, totaling 16 two-bedroom apartments, with onsite parking at each property. A detailed description of the properties and services is provided in Section Two (RFP Specifications) of the attached RFP. Proposals are due by 11:30 a.m. Alaska Time on November 9, 2026; a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for October 14, 2026.
