Imperial County is seeking quotations to remove an existing five-ton air conditioning unit and furnish and install a new five-ton unit serving Behavioral Health at 202 North 8th Street, El Centro. The work includes associated ductwork modifications, thermostat replacement, testing and commissioning, site protection, and cleanup. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, permits, and other services needed for a complete operating installation and comply with applicable codes and manufacturer requirements. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for October 7, 2026, and quotations are due electronically by October 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
