Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California seeks consultant(s) to provide state legislative advocacy services. Work includes state government affairs, legislative advocacy, and strategic advice to advance Metropolitan’s priorities before the California Legislature, the Governor’s Office and administration, and state agencies. The contract is annual, with four one-year option extensions, and Metropolitan intends to award to one or more firms. Minimum qualifications include five years of relevant firm and personnel experience, an existing Sacramento office, and ten consecutive years of relevant California state government engagement experience for principals/key personnel.
