The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking an ADMET MTESTQuattro Materials Testing System for data acquisition only, with no control capability, to retrofit its existing hydraulic materials testing machine. The contractor must furnish and deliver the system, materials, software, equipment, labor, and incidental services, and provide on-site installation, retrofit services, training, and calibration. The system must measure and record load, position, axial strain, and transverse strain, support common mechanical tests, and accommodate requirements associated with applicable ASTM, DIN, ISO, and JIS standards.
