Rothman Pointe regulated drain repair and restoration

Allen County is seeking a contractor to repair and restore the Rothman Pointe regulated drain and its inlet and outfall structures. - Government buyer: Allen County, Indiana — Allen County Surveyor’s Office; contact named in the attachment: Michael Fruchey, P.E. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or contractors are named. - Requested service: Repair and maintain Rothman Pointe regulated drain 08-10-810 near 7620 and 7621 Idlebrook Drive. - Clear brush and debris around the inlet structures. - Seal two 8-inch HDPE pipes in the 30-by-30-inch concrete inlet structure using concrete collars or another sealing method. - Install geofabric and riprap, including 6 inches of riprap on the inlet’s east side and 2 inches around the 21-inch concrete outfall pipe, placed 12 inches deep at the outfall. - Remove the metal end section at the outfall; seed and stabilize disturbed areas with approved seed mix and straw; restore the site and haul away debris, spoil, and removed materials. - Notable requirements: Work is subject to Surveyor’s Office approval, and inspection notice is required before work begins.
