Description
The notice delegates specified functions of the Secretary of State to the Official Performing the Duties of the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, to the extent authorized by law. The delegated functions concern approval of funds from several accounts for Fiscal Years 2018 through 2025, including funding allocations and obligations and expenditures for termination of USAID awards and winding down USAID functions. The authority is subject to at least bi-monthly reporting and compliance with congressional funding earmarks and directives. The delegation remains in effect until June 30, 2027.
