Description

The National Labor Relations Board gives notice of closed meetings held every second Wednesday of each month through Fiscal Year 2027, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, beginning October 21, 2027. Meetings will take place in person in the Board Agenda Room in Washington, DC, with videoconference participation as needed; meetings held entirely by videoconference will be noted on the NLRB website. The Board or a panel may consider subpoenas, participation in civil actions or arbitrations, and matters concerning representation or unfair labor practice proceedings.
