Description

New Castle County is inviting sealed bids for sanitary sewer point repairs, sanitary lateral repairs, associated rehabilitation, and related work at various locations throughout New Castle County, Delaware. Work may include demolition, clearing, dewatering, bypass pumping, pavement removal, traffic maintenance, restoration, and drainage and erosion-control work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. Bidders must be prequalified by the County in the specified sewer categories, and the contract is subject to the County’s Small Business Enterprise Program, with a stated participation goal of 5%.
