Yard and Garden Waste Transfer, Processing, and Disposal Services

Description

The Township of Esquimalt is seeking proposals for operation of a transfer station and processing of the yard and garden waste stream. The work includes operating the transfer site, hauling collected material to a processing site, processing the material, and disposing of it.
