Work includes supplying labor, equipment, materials, and services for conifer removal, processing, and site protection in compliance with environmental regulations, including low-ground-pressure methods suited to sensitive meadow conditions. The contractor must handle slash and woody material under 4 inches in diameter; logs are intended for beneficial reuse as firewood and will be hauled off site by the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California.
