York Region District School Board, on behalf of the York Purchasing Cooperative, is seeking submissions for the supply and delivery of office paper. The cooperative has over 400 delivery locations, and the estimated annual volume is 400 million sheets; this estimate is not a guarantee. Each participating agency will enter into a separate agreement, issue its own purchase orders, finalize its delivery locations, and require separate billing. Bidders are invited to submit their lowest net prices, including all delivery charges, in accordance with the bid document.
