Description

The City of Santa Barbara is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to conduct two independent, comprehensive cost-of-service rate studies for its Water and Wastewater utilities. The work includes preparing a Ten-Year Financial Plan for each utility and proposing rate adjustments needed to cover the costs of operating, maintaining, and upgrading both systems.
