The City of Dillingham is seeking delivered aggregate for its landfill and City Shop. - Government buyer: City of Dillingham, Finance - Procurement Manager. - Requested materials: - 4,150 cubic yards of Pit-Run Gravel delivered to the landfill. - 350 cubic yards of Pit-Run Gravel delivered to the City Shop. - 210 cubic yards of Safety Winter Road Sand delivered to the City Shop. - 1,400 cubic yards of Dirty Gravel 1 delivered to the City Shop. - Material requirements: Pit-Run Gravel must be 100% passing the 6-inch sieve, with 0–6% passing the No. 200 sieve. Dirty Gravel 1 must be 100% passing the 8-inch sieve, with 0–10% passing the 2-inch sieve and 0–6% passing the No. 200 sieve. Materials must be free of frozen and other unsuitable matter; the contractor must provide samples and may be responsible for testing costs. - Ordering and delivery: The City may purchase up to 25% more at the bid unit prices, without guaranteeing that additional quantity.
