Bilingual guest survey services for the OC Fair & Event Center

The 32nd District Agricultural Association is seeking a provider for bilingual guest survey services at the OC Fair & Event Center. - Government buyer: State of California, Department of Food & Agriculture, Division of Fairs & Expositions; 32nd District Agricultural Association, operating as the OC Fair & Event Center. - Services requested: - Annual OC Fair guest survey, including planning, design, Spanish translation, programming, testing, hosting, administration, data collection, analysis, daily Fair reporting, and a comprehensive final report. - As-needed interim event surveys and related consultation, subject to advance District authorization; these services are not guaranteed. - Notable requirements: Surveys must be accessible on desktop and mobile and meet WCAG 2.1 AA. The annual survey should take about five to ten minutes, preserve longitudinal questions, and be statistically sound. - Estimated effort and funding: The financial proposal uses 50 hours for survey development and 50 hours for administration, collection, reporting, and analysis per annual survey as pricing estimates, not guaranteed quantities. The 32nd District Agricultural Association is soliciting bids for a guest survey for the OC Fair & Event Center. The contract is intended to cover services from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with three one-year options exercisable at the District’s discretion.
