Description

The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Engineering (DOE) seeks Statements of Qualification for independent cost estimating services supporting the Kane Spring Habitat Restoration Project under the Progressive Design-Build model. The selected firm will assist DWR with reviewing cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and guaranteed maximum price proposals from the design and preconstruction phase through final construction amendments. Specific work and deliverables are described in Exhibit A, and the services will support DOE’s Project Delivery Branch. The RFQ states an estimated contract amount of $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 and requires attendance at a mandatory pre-SOQ conference.
