Description
The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District is seeking proposals from qualified firms and independent contractors to provide communications and public relations support to its Communications team under a three-year Master Services Agreement. Services include communications and crisis planning, media relations, leadership engagement and reputation management, and ongoing consultative and support services. The agreement is not to exceed $200,000, and proposals are due by email by November 2, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. CST. The selected vendor will work as an extension of the District team and provide proactive communications services and deliverables.
