Phase I includes approximately 4,346 LF of 8-inch and 70 LF of 6-inch PC 350 DIP water main, plus 818 LF of 2-inch SDR9 water service. Phase II includes approximately 6,785 LF of 8-inch PC 350 DIP water main and 1,069 LF of 2-inch SDR9 water service, with related accessories. Phase I is to reach substantial completion within 180 calendar days and final completion within 210 days after notice to proceed; Phase II has the same time frames and cannot begin until Phase I is substantially complete.
