The Department of General Services, Procurement Division is seeking supplier feedback to support development of an upcoming Building Engineering Maintenance Staffing Services Master Service Agreement. Services would include skilled Chief Engineers, Stationary Engineers, and Maintenance Mechanics at various building locations, covering operation, maintenance, and repairs for fire and life safety, energy management, access control, HVAC and steam systems, electrical, lighting and power, mechanical, plumbing, and water systems.
