NYCHA is seeking on-call plumbing services for its housing developments across New York City.

Description

The solicitation seeks indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity general plumbing services at various NYCHA developments citywide, with a borough focus on the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens/Staten Island. The contract term is three years from the award date on NYCHA’s Purchase Order, with up to two one-year extensions at NYCHA’s sole discretion. Bidders must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and approved on NYCHA’s Plumbing Services Pre-Qualification List before the bid closing date. Electronic bids must be submitted through iSupplier by November 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM; bid security and payment and performance bonds are each 100% of the Contract Minimum.
