Heating-system decentralization improvements at St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center

Description

The NYS Office of Mental Health and St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center seek contractors to complete heating system decentralization improvements at multiple campus buildings. Work is divided into three lots: Building 37 (Maintenance Shops/Mechanical Stores), Building 69 (Powerhouse), and Buildings 105A/B (Unity Center/Synagogue); bidders may submit for any one or more lots, which will be evaluated independently based on lowest price.
