Metro-North Railroad is soliciting bids to replace roofs at seven Power Substation locations in New York. The contract term is 29 months from Notice of Award. Bidders must meet the stated qualification, insurance, bonding, and safety requirements; subcontracting and joint ventures may be permitted under the solicitation requirements.
