Description

Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide snow-plowing services at 30 PVSD locations on a seasonal and as-needed basis. The initial contract term is three years, with an option to extend for up to two additional three-year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and PVSD’s operational requirements. Subcontracting is not permitted; successful proponents must use their own employees, equipment, and operational resources. Proponents must demonstrate sufficient local capacity to service assigned rural locations reliably and within required response times.
