The City of Leduc is seeking an experienced Civil Consultant to serve as an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team Project Partner for Phase 1 of the West Campus Recreation Project. The multi-year project is intended to bring indoor and outdoor recreation amenities together at a site that complements existing facilities and addresses long-term recreation needs. The City plans to use an IPD procurement and delivery model, including target value design, to maximize value within a public funding model. The estimated contract period is 47 months, with a proposed start date of January 4, 2027.
