Description

Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles (PQDS) is seeking bids to establish a framework agreement for event security services. The provider must be flexible and able to respond quickly to occasional needs, with recognized expertise in event security. Services will primarily support Place Émilie-Gamelin at 1500 Rue Berri, Montréal. The contract is scheduled to run from January 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028, with two optional one-year renewals; the PQDS does not guarantee a quantity of services or spending amount.
