Proposals must separately identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs and comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price requirement.

School District of Pickens County seeks FY2027 E-Rate Category Two proposals for Cisco Meraki licensing or equivalent and manufacturer support for existing wireless access points and switches. Vendors are asked to provide current SKUs and pricing for 1-, 3-, and 5-year Co-Termination, Subscription, and Enterprise Agreement licensing options under RFP 126-2-10-20. Proposals must separately identify eligible and ineligible costs, comply with E-Rate requirements, and include a valid SPIN/FCC Form 498 ID. Products, licenses, and services may not be ordered, activated, provisioned, or delivered before the District’s written Notice to Proceed.
