Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for specific services manufactured by only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). A firm fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded for the procurement of UPS Eaton Refurbishment in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) with a base year CLIN in the quantity of one (1) lot and no option years. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9. The solicitation, issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025327Q7001, is attached to this announcement. The proposed contract is other than full and option competition (Attached Justification and Approval (J&A) will be provided). Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210 and has a size standard of $19 Million. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610.
Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be filled out in its entirety and returned before the solicitation closes.
