No enrollment-marketing service vendor is named in the opportunity. - Services requested: Integrated student search, prospective-student identification, audience segmentation, recruitment communications, application generation and conversion, admitted-student yield, data analysis, predictive analytics, and ongoing strategic consultation. - Requirements: The selected provider is expected to be a Platinum Preferred Slate Partner and demonstrate higher-education enrollment strategy expertise, data-informed segmentation, and multi-channel communications capability. - Budget and term: Anticipated services budget is up to $350,000 per year, excluding digital advertising. The contract has a one-year base period and two one-year renewal options; maximum estimated value is $1,050,000, excluding digital advertising. - Cost proposal: Offerors must state an all-inclusive administrative fee as a percentage; the proposed fee and services amount must total the $350,000 annual budget.
