(also written as Samson & Associates CPA/Consultation Inc.), and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. - Notable requirements: Secret corporate security clearance; personnel must have Reliability or Secret clearance. Document safeguarding is not required. - Period: Three-year initial contract period with one 12-month option, for up to 48 months total.

Description

The solicitation seeks Professional Audit Support Services for Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). The contractor will provide ISED's Audit and Evaluation Branch with an independent, objective assessment of internal audit working papers and audit findings, including whether they are evidence-supported and comply with applicable IIA Standards, Treasury Board Secretariat policy, and other internal audit requirements. The contract is intended to run from November 26, 2026, through November 25, 2029, with an option period from November 26, 2029, through November 25, 2030. Bidding is restricted to qualified PASS Supply Arrangement holders in Stream 1 for the National Capital region and specified expertise level; five suppliers were invited.
