VA North Texas elevator and dumbwaiter inspection and testing services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking independent elevator and dumbwaiter inspection services for 70 government-owned conveyances at three VA North Texas locations. - Government buyer: Department of Veterans Affairs, VA North Texas Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 17; buyer contact: Crystal Carabajal. - Locations: VA facilities in Dallas, Garland, and Bonham, Texas. - Scope: Semi-annual and annual inspections and testing, scheduled five-year full-load inspections, and ad-hoc inspections for elevators and dumbwaiters. - Requirements: Inspectors must hold Texas Registered Elevator Inspector licenses and ASME QEI certification. - OEMs and vendors: No equipment OEMs or service vendors are named.
