EXIM Bank is seeking firms to recover assets and collect on certain claims in Argentina through one or more blanket purchase agreements. - Government buyer: Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank), Asset Management Division (AMD), Asset Recovery Group (ARG). - Scope: Argentina-focused due diligence, asset searches, extrajudicial collections, borrower negotiations, restructuring, asset protection, recovery planning, and legal enforcement or litigation when approved. - Pricing items: CLIN 0001 is a per-case due diligence fee, priced on a firm-fixed-price/not-to-exceed basis at the call level. CLIN 0002 is a contingency fee based on assets or funds recovered and accepted by EXIM. No quantities, rates, or total contract value are provided. - Notable requirements: Work may include credit analysis, review of legal actions against obligors, site visits, and written recovery plans and case-status reports. Local professionals must be appropriately licensed or legally authorized. Litigation and extraordinary expenses require EXIM’s prior written approval. Description

EXIM Bank seeks to establish multiple a BPAs for recovery assistance in Argentina from a recovery firm principally collecting balances of certain paid claims under its credit guarantee and insurance programs.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform loan recovery services as stated in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
