EXIM Bank is seeking up to two vendors to provide loan recovery and related legal services for claims in Mexico. - Government buyer: Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank), Asset Management Division (AMD), Asset Recovery Group (ARG), Office of Contracting Services. - Opportunity: Establishes multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for case-assigned recovery work; no minimum workload is guaranteed. - Services requested: - Mexico-focused debt collection and servicing, restructuring, asset protection and recovery, and legal enforcement when approved. - Due diligence and recovery planning for assigned cases, including asset searches, credit analysis, and case evaluation. - Borrower negotiations, settlements, extrajudicial collections, and litigation where authorized. - Pricing line items: CLIN 0001, per-case due diligence fee; CLIN 0002, contingency fee based on accepted recoveries. Quantities and specific fee amounts are not stated. - Notable requirements: Obtain prior written Government approval before litigation; provide a recovery plan within 60 days, collection status reporting within 90 days, and semiannual litigation and recovery reports. Description

EXIM Bank seeks to establish multiple BPAs for loan recovery assistance in Mexico from a recovery firm principally collecting balances of certain paid claims under its credit guarantee and insurance programs.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform loan recovery services as stated in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
