Coordinate with infection-control, safety, and engineering teams; protect adjacent areas; clean up daily; and limit disruption to facility operations. Provide warranties and maintenance training. Work is phased by area; phases lasting longer than about two weeks require facility approval. The work includes carpet removal and off-site disposal, concrete inspection and preparation, moisture testing, and installation of two-part epoxy flooring with cove base and specified finish requirements. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services needed to complete the work. This is a Small Business Set Aside, and attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory.
