The Louisiana Department of Education is seeking qualified providers for its Career Coaching Vendor Guide. - Government buyer: Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE), Purchasing and Contracts section; Baton Rouge, Louisiana. - Opportunity: Organizations may apply to be approved providers; approval does not itself award a contract. Participating schools or school districts decide whether to contract with approved providers. - Services sought: Career-interest exploration and awareness for grades 6–12; Individual Graduation Plan support for grades 8–12; postsecondary planning; and connections among academics, career pathways, and regional workforce needs. - Provider requirements: Describe coaching methods, curriculum and student materials, coach qualifications and capacity, coach-to-student ratios, student progress and outcomes tracking, and parent and school-system engagement. Services should support English learners and students with disabilities. - Applicants must provide organizational experience, references, insurance information, youth-safeguarding measures, staff clearances and background checks, student-data privacy practices, and instructional materials. - Virtual providers must give school and LDOE leaders access to session links for monitoring. Providers using AI must certify that student personally identifiable or confidential data will not be shared with AI systems. - Named organization: Canopy Education is identified as the provider of the application platform, not as a career coaching provider or awardee. - Products and quantities: No products, part numbers, or service quantities are specified.
