Toronto Lands Corporation (TLC), acting as agent for the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), invites qualified real estate appraisal firms to apply for a non-exclusive Vendor of Record roster. TLC intends to select three to five firms to provide appraisal and consulting services for TDSB sites or properties of potential interest on an as-needed basis. The scope includes property valuations, highest and best use studies, market and financial analyses, and participation in municipal, tribunal, legal, or arbitration proceedings, including expert testimony where required. The initial term is 24 months, with up to three additional 12-month extensions at TLC’s discretion.
