Lauderdale County is seeking bids for slope stabilization and repair work on Rabbit Road. Work includes grouting beneath the existing downstream box culvert apron, removing riprap and debris, regrading and stabilizing channel banks, placing riprap, relocating a ditch, constructing a paved ditch, and establishing permanent vegetation. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid and 100% performance and payment bonds are required; bidders must provide a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility. The contract, if awarded, will go to the lowest and best qualified bidder based on unit bid prices.
