The City of Alpharetta is seeking a contractor to clean and restore downtown brick-paver sidewalks.

Description

The City is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to clean and pressure wash existing brick paver sidewalks in the downtown district, generally west of State Route 9 (Highway 9). Work includes collecting, reclaiming, and properly disposing of wastewater and debris, then re-sanding cleaned paver joints with polymeric sand. The contractor must comply with applicable environmental and wastewater requirements and prevent wash water, sediment, debris, and cleaning products from entering storm drains, waterways, streets, gutters, or other unauthorized locations. Required submissions include a questionnaire, bid bond, E-Verify and disclosure forms, IRS W-9, technical bid information, and a cost sheet.
