Description

Humble Independent School District seeks a qualified Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Humble High School Phase 3 bond project. The selected CM will provide pre-construction services, cost estimates, scheduling, and assistance selecting building systems in coordination with the District, its architect, consultants, and other professionals, and will then build the project as Construction Manager-at-Risk. The project includes demolition of part of the existing high school and construction of a new two-story wing for CTE spaces, classrooms, science labs, and support spaces; interior renovations are also included, with some scope still being established. Proposals are due online by October 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT, and a 5% bid bond is required.
