Description

The Town of Purcellville is seeking proposals from qualified public institutions of higher education with at least 15,000 students to conduct a study of the Town’s debt, infrastructure, utilities, and other significant liability risks. The study will recommend how to prioritize and identify Town needs and may recommend amendments to the Town’s charter. It will be conducted in consultation with a chief administrative officer from a locality in Virginia Planning District 8 with a population of at least 500,000. Proposals are due November 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time and must be submitted through Virginia’s electronic procurement system.
