Description

The City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department is seeking a qualified Owner’s Project Manager to support the Madison Park Technical Vocational High School project. Initial services cover the feasibility study and schematic design phases, including participant management, recommendations, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability and scheduling analyses, and tracking issues that could affect schedule or costs. The procurement uses a two-phase, qualifications-based selection process, with the top-ranked firm invited to negotiate a fee. The project’s estimated cost is $650,000,000 to $700,000,000, subject to Massachusetts School Building Authority approval; the contract may be amended for later phases if the project receives funding.
