Description

Franklin County Regional Housing & Development Authority is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to provide Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspection services for its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Services include initial, biennial, complaint/special, emergency, and regular re-inspections, with inspection reports provided to tenants and owners and entered into the Authority’s PHA Web system. The awarded contract is for three years beginning January 1, 2027, and proposals will be evaluated on a best-value basis.
