Description

The City of Quincy is soliciting proposals from qualified, state-certified and/or licensed real estate firms or individual brokers to provide on-call realtor services for marketing and selling municipal tax foreclosure properties. Services may cover residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant properties. Responsibilities include helping establish fair market values, developing and executing marketing strategies, listing properties, hosting open houses and tours, providing marketing updates, negotiating offers within City parameters, and coordinating with City legal staff to ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures. Proposals are due October 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; non-price and price proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes.
