Description

The Town of Scituate is seeking proposals to lease the restaurant and bar concession at Widows Walk Golf Course. The leased premises comprise 2,720 square feet, including a kitchen, bar, restrooms, dining and banquet space, office area, and patio with outside dining. The initial lease term is 36 months, from April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2030, with two optional one-year extensions through March 31, 2032. Proposals are due November 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM and must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Town Administrators Office.
