Nondestructive testing such as Falling Weight Deflectometer and Ground Penetrating Radar is preferred; a ride index and rating are the minimum stated requirement. - Technology and standards: A Class 1 Profiler and 3D Laser Crack Measurement System are preferred, but alternative or combined collection methods are acceptable if they meet deliverables. A proposed licensed professional engineer is required to analyze PCI data for OCI scores. - Deliverables and data platforms: Provide survey datasets, a data quality management plan and calibration verification, quality-control results, an exception report, written findings and recommendations, and hosted software access to view and export data. Data will be delivered to the City's asset-management environment; OpenGov is identified as the current system, and ESRI geodatabase delivery is a possible option. Neither is specified as a required supplier or awardee. - Vendors and OEMs: No equipment OEM or required supplier is named. OpenGov and ESRI are named platform providers, not designated procurement awardees. - Performance period: One year upon award, with four additional one-year renewal options.
