The project includes a 65′ × 85′ play area with a concrete border, subsurface, grading, and drainage; accessible surfacing; a climbing play feature for ages 6–12; swings; benches; and a trash receptacle. The contractor must provide the design and engineering, site preparation, construction and installation, project management, testing, inspections, permits, cleanup, restoration, and closeout documentation needed for a complete project. Separately priced proposal alternates may include additional play equipment and amenities, shade structures, a picnic table, and other enhancements.
