Proposals should distinguish native features from integrated components. - Pricing should address subscriptions or licenses, implementation, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, support, maintenance, and optional extensions. Public-sector references are preferred.
Description
The City of Bismarck is requesting proposals for a comprehensive, cloud-hosted software solution for permitting, licensing, inspections, code enforcement, and related regulatory workflows across City departments. It also seeks enterprise asset management and work order management functionality, either integrated into the same platform or as an interoperable standalone solution. The system is intended to replace fragmented legacy systems and manual processes, supporting the full lifecycle of permits and licenses as well as management of City assets, service requests, inspections, and maintenance work orders. Solutions should support complex departmental workflows, public online access, mobile field operations, security and compliance requirements, and integration with existing City systems.
